A leading technology firm is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee large-scale data projects and lead a team of data engineers. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in data engineering and a proven track record in managing successful data initiatives. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, optimizing data processes, and promoting innovation in data technologies. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required. This position is based in Central Ontario, Canada.
