Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Platform Migration Lead (“Quarterback”) to drive the end‑to‑end modernization of our customer’s data ecosystem. This role blends expert‑level Data Vault 2.0 architecture, Snowflake engineering, legacy ETL retirement, BI migration strategy, and program leadership across multiple teams and vendors. The ideal candidate brings deep technical mastery combined with the ability to guide strategic decisions, evaluate tools, manage complex roadmaps, and orchestrate a multi‑team delivery environment.
