Job Description
At Resideo, Enterprise Data Management team is responsible for data & analytics platforms, data engineering, data management and data integrations. Currently we are modernizing our data platforms, implementing modern data management and data integrations platforms.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Administer, configure, and support databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 and other cloud RDBMS) and cloud data platform (Snowflake)
- Administer, configure, and support analytics platform tools such as tableau, PowerBI
- Manage and administer internal and external requests for data warehouse access and permissions while support data security and protection
- Monito system performance and identifying problems that arise.
- Respond in a timely manner to user-reported errors.
- Protect the database against threats or unauthorized access.
- Ensure that the database is adequately backed up and able to be recovered
- Report on metrics regarding usage and performance.
