Data Privacy Analyst

Purpose

The candidate will be responsible for developing the personal data privacy program in collaboration with the Head of Legal, considering the entire applicable international regulatory framework. This includes reviewing legislation, creating policies and procedures (P&Ps), reports, and documentation, as well as supporting the creation and ongoing maintenance of the privacy program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support compliance and risk assessments related to the processing of personal data, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and privacy risk analyses.
• Maintain and update the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) and other privacy documentation required by applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in international data protection regulations and propose adjustments to the corporate privacy program accordingly.
