As part of the privacy team, the privacy presales specialist assists with sales and renewal cycle (presales and contractual negotiations) in particular with large, strategic customers.
**In this role you will…**
• Facilitate global sales, revenue and retention on all matters related to Security Privacy.
• Convey value proposition to customers jointly with sales.
• Assist sales and legal teams with customer presentations and contractual negotiations.
• Minimize business risks ensuring our agreements protect our operations.
• Support Sales and Account Management on escalations during the sales cycle (RFI, RFP).
• Contribute to internal compliance programs.
**You’ve got what it takes if you have…**
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus (French, Spanish, German).
• 5+ years of experience in similar or equivalent position.
• At least one privacy certification from the following bodies:
• **Cloud Security Alliance (i.e. CCSK).**
**• International Association of Privacy Professionals IAPP (i.e. CIPM, CIPPe...).**
**• International Information Security System Consortium ISC2 (i.e. CISSP).**
**• Information Systems Audit and Control Association ISACA (i.e. CISM).**
• Proven experience managing major clients in complex sectors (financial services, life sciences, energy & utilities, public sector) and successfully leading contractual negotiations.
• Strong technical background in software engineering and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong legal, compliance or privacy background.
• Knowledge of HR processes and the impact of privacy on those processes.
• Solution presentation and communication skills.
• Persistence, determination and passion for winning.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to switch topics and perspective to different audiences.
• Be able to work in an international atmosphere and to different cultural backgrounds.
