Data Process Lead

Overview

Data Process Lead ensures the accuracy, security and effective use of the organization's moderately complex data. With limited supervision, this job supports the development and implements policies, handles data quality and ensures compliance with regulations. This role also helps design data architecture, cultivates data literacy and partners with technology team and business units to support better decision making, operational efficiency and strategic advantage for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for all data migration activities, from profiling to validation.
• Analyze legacy data to identify gaps, enrich datasets, and establish robust data mapping rules aligned with S/4HANA models.
