Data Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and plan product development for data warehouse, governance, analytics and processing solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, aligning with strategic goals.
• Define clear product feature specs for cross-functional teams.
• Remove roadblocks to meet sprint and release targets.
• Own product release plans and set delivery expectations.
• Act as a product champion, engaging internal and external stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Lead scrums to define vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to align product roadmap with business needs.
• Embed data governance and leverage analytics to optimize products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business).
• 4–5 years of product development experience in fintech, digital banking, or e-commerce.
