We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Product Owner - Client and Product
In this role, you will be:
•Own and enforce data standards, definitions, and quality controls for data product
•Oversee data integrity, reconciliation, and lifecycle management across value stream and ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and policies
•Ownership of roadmap of data products within value stream and agreeing data quality requirements for the data elements under the domain
•Manage all aspects of engagement with the 3rd party provider of the data product and act as a point of escalation for data-related service requests and Incidents for their data product
•Drive continuous improvement of data product, processes, and tooling and Monitor service performance reporting to stakeholders including contributing to value stream service reviews or other communications as required
•Own the roadmap for the ongoing development / transformation of the data product
•Work closely with client, product, reporting and global function teams from within the business
To be successful, you will:
•A solid understanding of Product Management principles - Understand how Data Products are built from Data Services building blocks.
•Stakeholder Management with good written and verbal communication skills – the stakeholder community is large
•Architectural understanding of data flow across a complex organisation
•Previous experience of working in Data Management, preferably with domain knowledge of client and/or product data
•Detail oriented and able to prioritise multiple projects and/or tasks.
•Good analytical skills with advanced MS suite and SQL
