This project is to decommission Business Objects & Implement Microsoft Fabric / Power BI
Project Summary
This project will replace legacy Business Objects reporting with a modern Microsoft-based analytics platform:
Implementation of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Migration of key reports and dashboards.
Training and change management for users.
Establishing governance and data ownership.
The Project Will Include
Audit of existing reports and data sources.
Design of new reporting architecture.
Stakeholder engagement and training.
Technical implementation and support.

Excellent Digital Project Management skills will need to be able to establish and manage a cross-functional team within limited timescales
Strong governance experience and leadership skills
