The Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of processes, services, and performance across operations. This role ensures that standards are met, policies are followed, and continuous improvement initiatives are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years experience as a Quality Analyst in a Corporate Travel account
  • MUST have CORPORATE TRAVEL ACCOUNT experience that is client-facing, preferably with Voice, Email, and Chat LOB
  • GDS skill on one or more GDS (Amadeus, Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Apollo)
  • Good understanding of International Ticketing, Exchange, and Refunds
