About The Role
We are looking for detail-oriented Data Reconciliation Analysts to validate, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of large datasets across multiple systems. The role requires strong analytical ability, advanced Excel expertise, and solid working knowledge of SQL to identify mismatches, investigate root causes, and support financial/operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily/periodic data reconciliation between multiple systems and data sources.
- Identify mismatches, missing records, and data inconsistencies and resolve them accurately.
- Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, macros – preferred) for analysis and reporting.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and compare datasets.
