Help build a real wedding database used by platforms — researching venues, ballrooms, and active studios across Singapore.
If you like researching, organising information, sending emails, and turning messy data into neat systems — this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Wedding Venue Research
You'll research wedding venues across Singapore, including:
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Clubs
- Heritage venues
- Event spaces
Your job is to:
Identify wedding-usable spaces (ballrooms, function rooms, outdoor areas)
Record key venue details clearly and accurately
Email & Enquiry Coordination (Venues)
You'll email venues to:
- Confirm wedding-specific details
- Verify number of wedding rooms / ballrooms
- Check approximate wedding capacity (pax)
- Confirm outdoor spaces (garden, poolside, rooftop, etc.)
- Request the official wedding contact email
