Required Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science, with 4+ years in Banking / Financial Services
  • Proven track record of deploying ML models into production
  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading data science teams
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams

🛠️ Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
  • Strong programming expertise in Python, R, or similar languages
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks)
