Required Experience
8+ years of experience in Data Science, with 4+ years in Banking / Financial Services
Proven track record of deploying ML models into production
3+ years of experience managing and leading data science teams
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams
️ Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
Strong programming expertise in Python, R , or similar languages
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks)
Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, etc.)
Experience working with Cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong expertise in Data Visualization tools : Tableau, Power BI, Qlik
Solid understanding of Version Control systems (Git)
Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
Exposure to real-time or streaming data use cases
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
