Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists
• Design and oversee advanced statistical, econometric, and ML models (MMM, attribution, forecasting, causal inference)
• Translate complex analytics into clear, business-driving insights
• Partner cross-functionally with strategy, media, BI, and engineering teams
• Own analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping through delivery

Required Skills

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics, including team leadership
• Strong skills in regression, Bayesian methods, and causal inference
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Experience in marketing, media measurement, or healthcare analytics a plus
