Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists
Design and oversee advanced statistical, econometric, and ML models (MMM, attribution, forecasting, causal inference)
Translate complex analytics into clear, business-driving insights
Partner cross-functionally with strategy, media, BI, and engineering teams
Own analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping through delivery
Required Skills
Master’s or Ph. D. in a quantitative field
5+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics, including team leadership
Strong skills in regression, Bayesian methods, and causal inference
Proficiency in Python and/or R, SQL, and data visualization tools
Experience in marketing, media measurement, or healthcare analytics a plus
