Data Scientist

We are looking for data scientists who will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products. Your primary focus will be in applying AI (LLM/custom models) for extracting tables/text from documents, data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, Text analytics, building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products.

Responsibilities

• End to end development of at least 1 mid to large scale AI project which involves GenAI technologies
• Strong knowledge about advanced RAG based retriever models
• Good working knowledge of LLM Agents
• Working knowledge of RAG Flow, Llama Index, Defy, Lang flow, Lang chain etc.
• Building models for extracting data from PDF, Images using the latest computer vision methods
• Training models with new/modified training dataset
• Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques
• Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Technology along with good business skills
• PHD in ML or AI would be an added advantage
• Good scripting and programming skills in Python
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models
• Application development using Azure, AWS or GCP
• Knowledge about fine-tuning of Language Models.
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms on computer vision, TensorFlow, Kera's, Tesseract, k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
• Experience with NLP.
• Good, applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Grafana, Gilot, etc.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra
• Good communication skills
• Good problem solving and negotiation skills
