About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Generative AI Architect to design, scale, and lead next-gen Gen AI platforms. This is a senior technical leadership role focused on real production systems. You’ll work across data science, ML engineering, product, and cloud teams to turn LLMs and Gen AI into business-critical systems.
If you’ve built RAG pipelines, shipped LLMs to production, and can think in architecture + scale, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead scalable Gen AI architectures using LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal systems
- Architect end-to-end pipelines including prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG, and fine-tuning
- Evaluate, select, and integrate foundation models (GPT, Claude, LLa MA, Mistral, etc.)
- Define Gen AI blueprints, reusable components, and best practices
- Guide teams on model evaluation, inference optimization, and cost control
- Partner with business and product teams to identify high-impact Gen AI use cases
- (customer support, content generation, document intelligence, code generation, etc.)
- Lead Po Cs, pilots, and production deployments in secure, compliant environments
- Collaborate with MLOps and Cloud teams on CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and scalability
- Stay ahead of the Gen AI curve — tools, frameworks, APIs, and trends
✅ Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (Ph D is a plus)
- 12–15 years of experience in AI/ML & software engineering
- 3+ years focused on Generative AI and LLM-based systems
Core Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning
- Hands-on with LLMs, Transformers, Prompt Engineering
- Experience with fine-tuning techniques: Lo RA, PEFT
- Strong Python skills
- Frameworks & tools:
- Hugging Face Transformers
- Lang Chain
- Open AI APIs
- Py Torch / Tensor Flow
- Vector databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures
- Cloud-native AI: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
Architectural & Leadership Skills
- Proven ability to design secure, scalable, production-grade Gen AI systems
- Strong stakeholder communication — technical and non-technical
- Mentor teams and push AI innovation at scale
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with multimodal models (text + image/audio/video)
- Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI, compliance
- Gen AI-focused MLOps: model versioning, drift detection, monitoring
