Data Scientist / Analytics Engineer — Build the Work Engine for O&G Operations Platform

About WorkSync
WorkSync is an AI-powered operations platform for oil & gas companies. We help operators prioritize which wells to visit, why, and in what order — replacing gut instinct with data-driven daily work plans.
We have a working pilot with a real E&P client and are now building the production platform. The core of the product is the Work Engine — the system that ingests raw operational data (SCADA, production, tank levels, compressor data) and outputs prioritized daily flags like Below_Forecast, Compressor_Problem, High_Tank_Level, and Gas_Off_Trend.
We have reference material and domain guidance from our pilot work. What we need is someone who deeply understands O&G operations and can design and build the production-grade engine from the ground up.
