Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights
Build, train, and evaluate statistical and machine learning models
Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and preprocessing
Design and conduct experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing)
Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings
Collaborate with engineers to deploy models into production
Document methodologies, assumptions, and results
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Num Py, Scikit-learn)
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysis
Experience working with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with machine learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch)
Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of MLOps or model deployment practices
Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team
