Role- Data Scientist
Experience- 4 to 10 Years

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in advanced Machine Learning and AI techniques. This role involves Leading complex AI/ML initiatives, Architecting end-to-end ML solutions, Developing robust, scalable models using emerging technologies. The candidate should provide reusable designs, adhere to Industry best practices, and manage all activities across the ML project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI/ML initiatives involving advanced techniques beyond classical ML (e.g., deep learning, generative AI, reinforcement learning).
- Architect and design end-to-end ML solutions, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop robust, production-grade ML models ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Create reusable design patterns and frameworks aligned with industry standards.
- Own end-to-end ML project activities, including:
- Data preparation and validation
- Model training, tuning, and evaluation
- Deployment and integration with business applications
- Continuous monitoring and retraining
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to align ML solutions with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and ethical AI practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years in ML/AI development, with proven experience in Advanced ML techniques (deep learning, NLP, computer vision, generative models).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python and ML libraries (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, scikit-learn, pandas, Num Py).
- Experience with ML Ops tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, AWS Sage Maker).
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, feature stores, and model deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of distributed computing and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for ML and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Eligibility Criteria:
•Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)
•BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc/MS with minimum 4 years of relevant experience post Qualification IT- Experience.
•B. Sc/BCA Graduates with minimum 4.5 years of relevant experience post qualification IT Experience.
•Only Full Time courses would be considered.
