Cyann.Ai is a Microsoft Fabric partner helping organizations turn data into insight and action through modern analytics, AI, and cloud-native platforms. We design and deliver scalable data and AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and the broader Azure ecosystem.

We are seeking a Data Scientist to build and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions on top of modern data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric. You will work closely with data engineers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to solve real-world problems using data.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and delivering models that create measurable impact.

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and statistical models
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and insights
• Build end-to-end data science workflows using Microsoft Fabric notebooks and lakehouse data
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable data pipelines
• Translate business requirements into analytical and predictive solutions
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability
• Communicate insights and model results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support integration of models into production systems and analytics platforms
• Contribute to best practices for MLOps, experimentation, and governance

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.)
• Experience working with SQL and large analytical datasets
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, or similar cloud-based analytics platforms
• Experience with notebooks, version control, and reproducible workflows
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience deploying models into production environments
• Knowledge of Power BI and advanced analytics integration
• Exposure to deep learning, NLP, or time-series forecasting
• Microsoft or Azure certifications
• Consulting or client-facing experience
