- 2+ years hands‑on ML experience (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong Python with production ML deployment
- Healthcare/clinical data experience (EHR, claims, RWD/RWE)
- Startup speed and ownership mentality
- Strong leadership and communication skills for global client collaboration (for Lead role)
