**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from problem framing and data exploration to deployment and monitoring.
+ Build and optimizeproduction-grade models, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement.
+ Developscalable pipelinesfor data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training.
+ Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders totranslate business challenges into technical solutionsthat drive strategic impact.
+ Championbest practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model evaluation.
+ Stay ahead ofemerging AI trends, integrating innovations like Generative AI into real-world applications.
+ Communicate complex concepts clearly tonon-technical audiences, enabling informed decisions.
**What We're Looking For**
+ 5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
+ Proven track record of deliveringproduction-ready AI solutionswith measurable business impact.
+ Hands-on experience withGenerative AIis a strong plus.
+ Proficiency inPython, SQL, and frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
+ Familiarity withcloud ML platforms(Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) and tools like Databricks, MLflow.
+ Solid understanding ofCI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and automation pipelines.
+ Ability toinfluence stakeholders, communicate technical insights effectively, and work cross-functionally.
