Overview

Data Scientist – Personalization & Customer Analytics (Mid / Senior) – Remote (Europe). Eligible to work in EU / Europe. 1–2 weeks per year in NYC (optional). At F. We are investing in data-driven personalization to better understand our customers, optimize our product offering, and drive meaningful business growth. We are expanding our Data Strategy & Analytics team and are looking for business-oriented Data Scientists (mid-level and senior) who enjoy working close to commercial teams, exploring data, building practical machine-learning models, and translating insights into real impact. This role combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on modeling skills, and a focus on why a model exists as well as how it works.
