Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to play a central role in informing national pay negotiations and supporting employers across the NHS. About the role

As a Data Scientist you will:

• Extract, analyse and interpret large amounts of data from a range of sources using statistical tools, in order that it can be used to inform policy decisions about pay and workforce issues and support national pay negotiations.
• Present the results of analytical insights in a clear and engaging way for non- specialist audiences.
• Create and maintain query databases holding workforce and pay data.
• Build complex ‘what if’ costing models to forecast the potential future costs of changing pay policy.
