Data Scientist — Ad Recommendations

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team to build and improve custom ad recommendation algorithms for Sanoma Media’s digital products. We work close to the business in a B2B unit serving advertisers, so the goal is twofold: increase reader engagement and deliver results for our business customers. You will work day-to-day in a business-facing team with another Data Scientist and experienced Data Engineers to make ads more relevant across our products. Ship to production, see results quickly, and keep things practical. Your HR home is our experienced Data Science competence team—so you get a close‑knit squad for delivery and a wider community for support and growth.

This is a mid-level role: you’ll own well-defined models and analyses; senior colleagues set broader technical direction and are there for sparring and mentoring.
