Data Security Analyst

About the Role

As a Data Security Analyst within CBRE’s Global Data Protection team, you will support the organization’s efforts to safeguard sensitive and confidential information. Reporting to the Lead of Data Security Operations, you will help monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents, identify risks, and ensure adherence to data protection policies across the company.

This role requires ongoing vigilance against potential threats, close collaboration with cybersecurity and engineering teams, and active participation in strengthening CBRE’s data loss prevention (DLP) strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and analyze security incidents. Identify, triage, contain, and remediate potential data loss events and insider threats using tools such as Proofpoint, Exabeam, and Varonis.
