**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**
As a Rent Roll Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our compliance team in verifying tenant eligibility and rent affordability across our affordable housing portfolio. This contract role is task-based and remote, focused on processing rent roll data and Tnant Income Certifications (TICSs) to ensure properties meet federal, state and local program requirements.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Input and validate rent roll dates using an Excel-based analysis tool.
- Cross-verify tenant income and rent data with TICs and program limits.
- Monitor TIC collection status and document any discrepancies or missing records.
- Identify non-compliant units and flag them for follow-up.
- Produce standardized spreadsheets and concise summaries of findings.
- Assist with reconciliation between rent rolls and agency reporting when needed
**Requirements**:
**YOU HAVE...**
- **3 years in data analysis or data entry roles (or similar)**
- **Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas)**
- **Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to reason through data anomalies.**
- **Clear written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams**
- **Comfortable working independently and following structured templates and SOPs**
- **Familiarity with Smartsheet is preferred**
- **Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and maintain accuracy**
- **Proactive and self-motivated, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
