The Role


As a Data Solutions Architect, you will design and govern scalable enterprise data platforms. You will lead architectural decisions, support the migration of legacy systems to modern architectures, and ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and performance standards.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Design and own enterprise-grade data architectures




  • Define end-to-end solutions across data ingestion, processing, and consumption




  • Establish non-functional requirements, including high availability, disaster recovery, and RTO/RPO objectives




  • Guide engineering teams and enforce architectural standards




  • Optimize platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency




  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements





What We’re Looking For




  • 7+ years of experience in data architecture or large-scale data platform delivery




  • Strong expertise in data modelling, distributed data systems, and cloud platforms




  • Hands-on experience with modern lakehouse architectures and SQL-based analytics




  • Proven experience delivering enterprise data platforms in regulated financial services environments, ensuring compliance with industry and internal standards




  • Strong communication skills and experience mentoring engineering teams
