Role Purpose

This role will support three key G&M operational initiatives – Lead Crediting Overrides, Fee Governance and Lead Enrichment. It will pave the way for proactive and reactive auditing processes to support crediting methodology strategies and help prevent G&M revenue leakage. The role will also manage and oversee the day‑to‑day data stewardship of the key IHG processes and tools in IHG Javelin (account objects) and IBM InfoSphere (account records). To ensure support of Global Sales, this role will help provide increased accuracy of account data, leading to better sales analytics and intelligence.
