Job Description
Join us as a Data Specialist and be instrumental in supporting the Professional Services team with data needs; lead the successful setup of Trax solutions, finalize reporting requirements, and deliver the professional services developments to client satisfaction and acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Conversion: translate reporting requirements into formats accepted by Trax service providers.
- Cooperation: working closely with our customers and development teams to define, receive and run user acceptance tests on professional services deliverables.
- Implementation: ensure the implementation of the desired solution by collaborating with several internal and external parties (e.g.: Recognition Services, Data Acquisition Services, subject matter experts).
- Integration management: set up scheduled imports and exports; understand and share documentation on API integrations, deeplink, support clients on related questions (data and result analysis via API, JSON data structure).
- Take responsibility: for setup, configuration, maintenance of project reporting and KPIs including periodic analysis of related data items.

What will help you succeed in this role:
- Some experience with data (1–2 years)
- You’ve worked in a technical or data-related environment before and feel comfortable navigating data, even if you’re still learning.
- Strong Excel skills
- You know your way around Excel (for example, using VLOOKUP or similar formulas). If you’ve used macros, that’s a nice bonus - but not required.
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
- You can run and slightly adapt existing queries, filter results, and understand what the data is telling you. Writing complex queries is a plus, not a must.
- Ability to understand people's and business needs
- You’re good at listening, asking the right questions, and translating what customers want into clear requirements or use cases.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- You enjoy making sense of information and care about getting things right.
- Good communication/written skills in English
- You can comfortably work in English. Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude
- You’re self-motivated, can work independently when needed, and also enjoy collaborating with others in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Hebrew language knowledge
