Data Specialist (PSM Customer Support & Service)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Data Specialist to join the Customer Support & Service team within our Travel Intelligence division at a leading travel technology company. You will be responsible for providing excellent service and premium care support to our customers, contributing to the product knowledge bank of the team, as well as identifying opportunities on the enhancement of existing products.

As part of the Product and Solution Management department, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers outstanding customer support and delivery service and will play a pivotal role in:
