Job Description

We’re looking for a high-impact visual storyteller who can turn complex data, analytics, and AI concepts into clear, executive-ready visual narratives for BFSI and enterprise clients.

⚠️ This is not a traditional graphic design role.


What You’ll Do

Translate complex BFSI, data engineering, analytics, and AI concepts into:

  • Visual journeys
  • Infographics
  • Client pitch decks
  • Engagement roadmaps

Convert client conversations, context, and ambiguity into structured visual stories that explain:

  • The problem
  • The solution
  • The engagement journey
  • The value over time

Partner with consultants, data engineers, and data scientists to visually explain:

  • Data platforms & pipelines
  • Analytics & BI modernisation
  • AI / ML and GenAI use cases
  • Governance & operating models (BFSI-focused)
  • Design CXO-ready presentations used directly in enterprise and BFSI client pitches.


What We’re Looking For

Must-have

  • Ability to understand and simplify complex data and technical concepts
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Proven skill in turning ambiguity into clear visual narratives
  • Extremely high proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Illustrator (or similar)
  • Strong sense of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and executive communication
  • Comfortable working in data-heavy, regulated environments (BFSI preferred)
  • Able to work independently in a remote, fast-moving consulting setup


Nice-to-have (Big Plus)

  • Internship or experience with McKinsey, Bain, BCG , or similar consulting firms in their data and AI verticals
  • Exposure to data platforms, analytics transformations, or AI / ML initiatives
  • BFSI, FinTech, or enterprise technology experience


Who Should NOT Apply

This role is about thinking + visual storytelling. Please do not apply if:

  • You are a pure graphic designer focused mainly on aesthetics
  • Your experience is primarily in social media, branding, or marketing creatives
  • You prefer working with clear, fixed briefs only and struggle with ambiguity
  • You are not comfortable engaging with data, analytics, or AI concepts
  • You are looking for a UI/UX product design role
