JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensuring processes are set up, operate efficiently and reliably, including data quality monitoring, automation development, and KPI reporting. Act as processual liaison between BMT operations and SAP COE, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous process optimization.
Data Handover Process Design & Optimization:
Conduct current-state assessment of LoB billing data flows (interviews, process mapping, gap analysis)Design future-state data handover process with clear steps, roles (RACI), validation gates, and submission deadlinesDevelop and pilot to validate approach, select optimal solution (or hybrid) based on data quality, LoB effort reduction, scalability, and costDeploy selected solution for Wave 1 (LoB 1) and refine for Waves 2-3 based on lessons learned Data Quality Management:
Define "complete data" checklists by pricing type (fixed-fee, variable, basis points, T&E, complex)Design automated data validation rules (completeness, accuracy, consistency checks)Monitor data submissions for anomalies and quality issuesInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies impacting invoice accuracyCoordinate with LoB operations teams on data quality improvements and training needs Process Documentation & Knowledge Management:
Document end-to-end billing processes (as-is and to-be)Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data submission, validation, exception handlingDevelop data submission calendars, templates, and user guides for LoB teamsMaintain process documentation repository ensuring version control and accessibilitySupport AD Academy with data handover training materials and LoB workshops Reporting & Analytics:
Generate weekly data quality reports for PMO Lead and monthly summaries for Steering CommitteePerform ad-hoc analysis supporting business questions Stakeholder Coordination & Change Management:
Partner with LoB operations teams to co-design data handover workflows respecting their constraintsConduct LoB workshops training regional teams on new data submission processesFacilitate dry-run billing cycle validating end-to-end data flowEscalate chronic data quality issues to LoB Leaders and PMO Lead YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field4-6 years experience in business process analysis, operations improvement, or data management (finance/billing domain preferred)Strong process mapping and optimization skills (Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, Power Query)Experience with data quality frameworks, validation rules, and reconciliation processesFamiliarity with automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills (ability to work with LoB operations teams)SAP FI/AR knowledge helpful KEY COMPETENCIES:
