Job Description

The position is hybrid (home office + 2 days per week on-site in Córdoba), full-time (8 hours per day), long-term , with monthly compensation in US Dollars .

An intermediate to advanced English level is required.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Data Team Lead / Data Architect to design, evolve, and optimize our data ecosystem while leading a growing data team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our current platforms while driving the modernization of our data architecture , introducing best practices in data engineering, automation, and scalable system design. This role combines hands-on technical leadership , architectural ownership, and people management.
