Required Experience and Skills :

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
  • 2-3 years of experience specifically in data visualization design, dashboard creation, or analytics product interfaces.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering and data teams to implement complex interactive UI elements and charts.
  • Exposure to designing for multi-platform environments (web, tablet, and mobile).
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
  • Ability to create design systems, reusable components, and style guides for large-scale applications.
  • Strong understanding of information hierarchy, visual balance, and user flow optimization.
