Description - Onsite in Wilmington - W2
We are hiring two (2) QA – Data Validation Testers focused on executing pre-written migration scripts, validating data accuracy, and collaborating closely with the onsite lead consultant.
Scope & Responsibilities
Execute pre-written migration scripts (authored by the lead, Lakshmi) and complete data checks according to test plans
Perform record-level and aggregate data validation between Salesforce and IBS; confirm field mappings, status transitions, and business rule integrity
Log, track, and retest defects through resolution; maintain clean documentation for audit/compliance
Partner with the lead consultant and business/IT stakeholders onsite during key phases
Use basic SQL to spot-check and reconcile data as needed
Follow established QA methodologies (test case execution, defect triage, evidence capture)
