Location: Novena

Contract: 6 months

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm

  • Conduct survey administration, data verification, and validation.
  • Use  advanced Excel and Python for data checking, cleaning, and verification tasks.
  • Make outbound calls to clarify respondent information.
  • Perform data entry, update case statuses, and report progress.
  • Provide admin and coordination support to the contact centre team.
  • Respond professionally to queries and ensure quality customer experience.
  • Meet KPIs and work independently under tight timelines.
  • Adapt quickly to internal systems and tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'A' Levels.
  • Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office.
  • Python knowledge or experience (basic data reading/cleaning/validation).
