Location: Novena
Contract: 6 months
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm
- Conduct survey administration, data verification, and validation.
- Use advanced Excel and Python for data checking, cleaning, and verification tasks.
- Make outbound calls to clarify respondent information.
- Perform data entry, update case statuses, and report progress.
- Provide admin and coordination support to the contact centre team.
- Respond professionally to queries and ensure quality customer experience.
- Meet KPIs and work independently under tight timelines.
- Adapt quickly to internal systems and tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'A' Levels.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office.
- Python knowledge or experience (basic data reading/cleaning/validation).
