The Data Visualisation and KPI Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting operational and maintenance performance data to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement. This role ensures accurate reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develops interactive dashboards, and provides actionable insights to optimise asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyse operational and maintenance performance data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams to define KPI requirements and reporting standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Prepare presentations and visualisations for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within an operations or maintenance environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data modelling principles.
  • Familiarity with SAP PM or other CMMS systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of maintenance KPIs, reliability engineering concepts, and operational performance metrics.
