Wood is recruiting for a Data Visualisation & KPI Analyst to join our team in Docklands, Victoria, on a permanent basis. 


The Data Visualisation and KPI Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting operational and maintenance performance data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. This role ensures accurate reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develops interactive dashboards, and provides actionable insights to optimize asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational excellence.

    Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within an operations or maintenance environment
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data modelling principles
  • Familiarity with SAP PM or other CMMS systems is highly desirable
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of maintenance KPIs, reliability engineering concepts, and operational performance metrics
