Power BI

  • Maintain and enhance 5-6 existing Power BI Dashboards
  • Develop new reports and visualizations as needed
  • Provide business commentary and recommendations based on data
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate findings into improvement actions

Analytics

  • Data analysis and Design Creation of Reports and Dashboard for various reporting needs
  • Analyze KPI trends, detec anomalies, and investigate root causes
  • Identify, present and execute solutions for process improvements and/or adhoc responsibilities as assigned
  • Collaborate with other project team members in relation to delegated activities/tasks; acting either as a lead or support capacity

Continuous Improvement

  • Responsible to run and continuously improve global GBS KPI reporting
  • Develop ad hoc analyses to support decision-making
