Job Description
**Description:** Position is a staff member of the LMCPI/REM/Lease Administration Organization serving as a key member supporting all things related to real estate compliance. Primary responsibilities include:
• Maintaining Portfolio Hierarchy in LMBuildings (Geography, Locations, Organizations, External Companies and Contacts).
• Generates frequency and ad-hoc reports related to the Annual 10K Report and Proxy Statement, CMS 950 Lease Accounting Review.
• Updates Future Events and other Real Estate Dashboards using Tableau and LMB system generated reports
• Manages SOX Key Controls related to Lease Administration
• Supports internal REM/Lease Admin team and cross functional teams such as SALT, Corporate Accounting, Business Area Real Estate requests.
Position will work directly with Lease Admin Sr. Manager and REM Module Lead on all REM related Change Requests/Issues (CRIs) to ensure system functionality and REM priorities are being achieved.
