Core Responsibilities

• Maintain Oracle databases across Cloud (OCI) and on-premises environments to meet organizational data storage and retrieval needs.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning , indexing , and configuration adjustments .
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups , patching , and version upgrades to ensure data consistency and system integrity.
• Implement performance monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents and problems in collaboration with application teams.
• Support schema setup, load balancing, failover, and connection management for application teams.
