Experience: 3 - 6 Yrs
Required skills
· 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Postgre SQL DBA.
· Solid understanding of Postgre SQL architecture, memory structures, WAL, tablespaces, and indexing.
· Knowledge of backup/restore mechanisms and basic DR/HA (streaming replication, logical replication).
· Experience with tools like pg Admin, psql, and monitoring dashboards.
· Basic Linux administration and scripting (Shell/Python).
· Ability to analyze slow-running queries using EXPLAIN, logs, and performance views.
· Basic knowledge of at least one RDBMS: Oracle / MS SQL / My SQL / Mongo DB.
