Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Database Administrator (DBA) with strong hands-on experience in MySQL and PostgreSQL , and working exposure to MongoDB and Redis . The DBA will be responsible for database performance, availability, security, backups, and day-to-day operational support while collaborating closely with Backend and DevOps teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Install, configure, manage, and maintain MySQL and PostgreSQL databases in production and non-production environments.
Handle database performance tuning , query optimization, and index management.
Monitor database health, capacity, and availability; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies for relational and NoSQL databases.
Support MongoDB for document-based workloads and Redis for caching, queues, and session storage.
