Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in systems analysis, IT support, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, data modeling, and system documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of database management, or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
