Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server systems, ensuring the availability and consistent performance of our applications. This role requires strong proficiency in T-SQL, experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions, and the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server instances (on-premises and/or cloud).
- Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required.
- Perform database backups, restores, and recovery.
- Manage SQL Server security (authentication, permissions, roles).
- Optimize SQL queries and indexes for better performance.
