Database Architect

The Database Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, governing, and evolving the data architecture of a mission-critical compliance platform supporting workforce and regulatory requirements tied to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and other clean energy incentives. This role is central to ensuring that complex labor, wage, and apprenticeship data is accurate, auditable, secure, and available in real time to support regulatory reporting and compliance outcomes across large-scale construction and renewable energy projects.
