Database Engineer - Cloud

Responsibilities

• Take charge of global database key projects. Including delivery solution design, Data migration, performance optimizing based-on HUAWEI CLOUD Database service products.
• Manage requirements of key customers, develop project plans, identify project risks, ensure timely project delivery, and take charge of operations of some HUAWEI CLOUD sites.
• Provide technical support for HUAWEI CLOUD customers and ensure the proper running of customer services at the technical level.
• Troubleshoot faults of database service products in various scenarios, communicate with customers about solutions, and track the solution implementation results.

Qualifications

• Have a good project management experience in the ICT or CLOUD industry.
• Be familiar with database knowledge such as: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL , etc.
